The Governing Council, Management, Staff, Students, and the Community of the University of the Sacred Heart Gulu condole with
all Ugandans for the death of Rt. Hon Jacob L’Okori Oulanyah who was the speaker of the 11th Parliament of the Republic of Uganda.

Rt. Hon. Oulanyah was instrumental and supportive in the birth and growth of the University of the Sacred Heart Gulu in many ways.
