Students from the Bachelor of Agrisystems Management Program at the University of the Sacred Heart Gulu recently embarked on an experiential learning trip to various farms in and around Gulu. The first visit was to Mama Akera Farm in Bardege, Gulu City, known for its dairy farming and biogas production. Producing 15 liters of milk daily, Mama Akera’s farm exemplifies sustainable practices for smallholder farmers.
It has been a remarkable journey since graduating from the University of Sacred Heart Gulu in March 2023 with a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. This transformative experience not only equipped me with valuable skills but also inspired me to apply these skills in innovative ways.
