CONSULTANCY SERVICE TO DEVELOP A MASTER PLAN FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF THE

SACRED HEART GULU (USHG)

The University of the Sacred Heart Gulu (USHG) is a new University accredited by the Uganda National Council for Higher Education. The University is located in Gulu Municipality, 3 kilometres away from Gulu town, in For God Parish, on airfield road next to St Joseph’s Cathedral Gulu.

1. USHG invites sealed bids from suitably qualified firms to provide consultancy service to develop the University Master Plan.

2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from our offices in the above mentioned address or contact the Procurement Officer on 0772020479.

3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be picked by interested bidders from the address given above upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000, Or downloaded by clicking  the link Bid Documents and submitted with payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000. Method of payment is by cash to our cashier at USHG where a receipt will be issued or by cash deposit at Centenary bank using these details;

4. Bids must be delivered to USHG premises at the above address by 5pm, Friday 21st July 2017. All bids must be accompanied with a receipt of payment for the bid document. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address above on Monday 21st July 2017 at exactly 10am.
