Entebbe, Uganda — The University of the Sacred Heart Gulu is participating in the 2026 Uganda Vice Chancellors' Forum Academic Registrars' Training Workshop, a national higher education engagement aimed at strengthening academic registry practice across universities.
The two-day workshop is taking place at Horizon Hotel, Entebbe, from 7th to 8th May 2026, under the theme "Strengthening Academic Registries through Practice and Benchmarking." The University is represented by Mr. Samuel Kidega, who is attending on behalf of the Academic Registrar's Office.
Organized under the framework of the Uganda Vice Chancellors' Forum (UVCF), the workshop brings together Academic Registrars and registry representatives from higher education institutions to reflect on good practices, share experiences, and benchmark approaches for improving academic administration.
