Expand services across campus: Deploy campus-wide Wi-Fi, revitalize computer labs, install enhanced security, and implement the Learning Management System (LMS).
Phase 3: Strategic Growth (Months 19-36)
Focus on long-term goals: Install the upgraded solar power system, recruit two specialized IT officers, and begin fundraising for the IT & Data Science Hub.
